Who pays, and who uses it?
Your agency pays for every location in one place. The activity director at each location gets their own sign in and runs the games. Directors never see billing.
Can a location have more than one sign in?
Yes. Each location can have up to 10 sign ins, so a director and their assistants can all use it.
Can we try it first?
Yes. Every location gets a 14 day trial, so your directors can try it with their groups before your agency pays.
Do the seniors need an account?
No. Staff run the games on a TV, a tablet or a computer. Seniors simply play.
What if a director leaves?
Remove their sign in and invite the person who takes over. The location keeps its activity history.
How do we pay?
Your agency pays for its locations before the time starts, for one month or one year, by card on your agency page. You can add a purchase order number, and it prints on your receipt. Paying by check or bank transfer? Email info@elderwit.com. Access starts when your payment arrives.
What happens if our paid time ends?
Your directors see a page that asks your agency to renew, and the games pause. Nothing is deleted: your locations, sign ins and activity logs are all kept, and everything turns back on the moment you renew.
