These are the terms for using ElderWit.com. By playing or making an account, you agree to them.

ElderWit.com is run by ElderWit LLC, 2360 Route 9, Suite 3, Toms River, NJ 08755.
Free play
Everyone can play 5 games for free on each device, and a free account also has 5 free games. This count does not reset. The games you already opened stay free to replay. After that, a plan opens every game. We may change what is free, and we will show it on the site.
Your account
- Please use your own email address and keep your password private.
- One person per account. Family and facility plans have their own sign ins for each person.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time on your account page.
Plans
- Prices are shown on the plans page, in US dollars.
- Personal plans start with a free trial. Facility plans start with a 14 day free trial. We remind you before the first payment.
- Plans renew on their own until you cancel. You can cancel any time on your account page, and your plan stays on until the end of what you paid for.
- A gift year is paid once and does not renew.
- Personal plans are for home use, one screen at a time.
Using the site fairly
Please do not copy the games to another site, use programs to play or collect content, try to get around the free game count, or try to break or overload the site. We may close accounts that do.
Our games
The games, words, pictures and design on ElderWit.com belong to ElderWit LLC. You may play them and print pages for your own use or for the residents of your facility.

ElderWit games are for fun and good company. They are not medical advice and are not a treatment for any condition.
If something goes wrong
We work hard to keep the site running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. The site is offered as it is. As far as the law allows, ElderWit LLC is not responsible for indirect losses, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top. If you keep using the site, the new terms apply.
Law
These terms follow the laws of the State of New Jersey.
