Privacy
We keep this short and plain. ElderWit is for playing games. We do not show ads, we do not track you, and we do not sell your information.
Last updated October 21, 2026.
Playing without an account
You can play without telling us anything. Your scores, your settings and the count of free games you played are saved on your own device, in your browser. They are not sent to us.
If you make an account
We keep only what we need to run your account:
- Your email address, so you can sign in.
- Your first name, if you give it, so we can say hello.
- Your password, kept in a scrambled form that nobody can read back, not even us.
- The games you opened each day, so we can count your free games.
- Your plan, if you choose one.
When you sign in, your browser keeps a small sign in cookie so you stay signed in. It is used for nothing else.
Keeping the site safe
To stop people from guessing passwords or making fake accounts, we keep a scrambled record of the internet address used for sign up and sign in tries. It cannot be turned back into your address, and it is removed after two days.
Photos
Photos you pick for the photo games stay on your device. They are not sent to us.
Payments
When paid plans are open, a payment company handles your card. We never see or keep your card number.
Who we share with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. The site runs with a hosting company that stores our data for us under its own strict rules. We share information only if the law requires it.
Your choices
- You can change your name and password on your account page.
- You can delete your account on your account page at any time. This removes your email, name, password and game history from our records.
- You can write to us and ask what we keep about you, or ask us to delete it.
Children
ElderWit is made for adults. We do not knowingly keep information about children under 13.
Changes
If we change this page, we will update the date at the top.
