Solitaire for Seniors
Solitaire is the card game you play on your own, at your own pace. Most people know Klondike, the classic: you turn over cards and build each suit from the Ace up. Many of us first played it with a real deck at the kitchen table.
Play nowElderWit has several kinds of solitaire, so there is always a new one to try. In Spider you build runs from King down to Ace. In Golf you move cards one higher or one lower onto the pile until the table is clear. Clock Solitaire deals the cards in a circle like the face of a clock.
The cards are large and easy to read and the buttons are big. Each game has three levels, Easy, Medium and Harder, so you can start gently and move up when you like.
Peg Solitaire is here too. It is not a card game but an old board puzzle: jump one peg over another into an empty hole until only one peg is left.
